I hope everyone has had a great start to their fall!
I ran across this site a few weeks ago, but in the madness of the first few weeks we've been open I completely forgot to pass it along.
FohBoh (stands for Front of House, Back of House) is a social networking site for food service industry professionals. While I haven't spent any length of time poking around, on the surface it looks really interesting! There are discussion forums (I've nosed around in the training section a bit), articles, and blogs.
Is this something you already use? What are your thoughts?

I am glad to see a post on the old blog. I had never heard of this either, but I will poke around and pass it on to our managers for their opinions. Now that someone else has made a post, I'll post a question that is on our mind at Virginia Tech. Best wishes for enough help and few surprises this fall!
